Edible Gardening CNY
I just recently found out about another group dedicated to slow food practices: Edible Gardening CNY. Started by John Allen, the focus of this group is on productive gardening at home. The next meeting is January 24th at 2PM in the Liverpool Library and will answering the question: “What do you need to start growing vegetables?” Shoot John an email if you want to get on his mailing list: eg.cny /at/ verizon.net (substituting the @ sign).

It’s going to be a gardening day! For those of you who may not need gardening 101, Bread and Roses (162 Cambridge St) is hosting a seed swap from 11:30 – 1. Bring seeds if you have them!
