More events!
Fall is the season for harvesting! It is also the season for potlucks and winter storage. To this end, we here at Slow Food CNY wanted to make everyone aware of two events in addition to our joint potluck with Syracuse Grows on Oct 18th.
A week after our potluck, on Sunday October 25th, the CSA CNY will have its harvest potluck. This event is open to everyone, not just CSA members. It will take place at the First Unitarian Universalist Church, 109 Waring Rd, DeWitt from 5 – 7 PM. MAP
Syracuse Grows also has a canning / pickling workshop in the planning stage. It is tentatively set for the evening of October 23rd. Stay tuned for more information.
